Location: Rockwall, TX (On-Site)

Base Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 + Bonus and Benefits!

Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join their growing outpatient orthopedic practice in Rockwall, Texas. Whether you're a new graduate looking for mentorship or an experienced Physical Therapist ready for your next opportunity, this is a chance to work alongside an established team dedicated to exceptional patient care.

You'll treat a diverse orthopedic patient population while collaborating with experienced Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, physicians, and clinical leadership in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The role includes the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to restore function and reduce pain
• Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe, positive, and patient-focused treatment environment
• Comply with all applicable state and professional practice standards

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) License
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $85,000-$90,000 + Performance Bonus

• Earn up to $10,000 annually
• Paid monthly based on productivity and clinic performance metrics

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Flexible start times between approximately 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM
• Flexible end times based on schedule
• 4-day/10-hour workweek available
